Here are a few things you should know before submitting your request:

 

Please submit your request a minimum of 90 days prior to your event.

Only legitimate Charitable Requests will be considered, a Charitable certificate maybe required to verify your status.  Each organization is allowed one discount or donation per calendar year. We have the right to deny any services, discounts at any time.

 

Due to the volume of donation requests we recieve, we are not able to grant every request. If we are unable to fulfill your request, you may be offered a charitable discount or special event package, which we hope will satisfy your needs.
